Choice, the third and final annual edition of the Italian trade show VicenzaOro, closed its doors on September 14th on a rather positive note, for exhibitors as well as visitors. International buyers benefitted not only from the high-quality jewelry and watches on display at this major European trade show… They also enjoyed a series of exhibitions and presentations focusing on the new creations that will become the trends of tomorrow. The Italians have always been passionate about jewelry, and they prove so three times a year in Vicenza by organizing a trade show that pays tribute to jewelry in all its forms: from fashion pieces to luxury jewelry, from all-gold or all-silver product lines to stones and pearls. At VicenzaOro, exhibitors generally keep the same location from one event to another, which makes it easier for visitors to find their way around. Nevertheless, it can still be disorienting at times due to the juxtaposition of halls, which do not have the same configuration. All of that will change by 2015, once the Fiera di Vicenza begins rebuilding the show's venue. While waiting for this new aera, the show continues to announce encouraging figures: 1,400 exhibitors from 50 Italian provinces and 40 countries, more than 22,100 professional visitors from 118 countries, including 13,741 buyers who came to VicenzaOro for the first time.
